Indoor Yard Sale Day is back!

We’re thrilled to announce that the Yard Sale Weekend is coming back this April! Right in time for spring cleaning!! 

We’ve listened to your feedback, we’ve taken notes, and made some changes and because of that, this year will be even bigger and better! 

Yard Sale

 

Here’s what has changed:

Booths will not only be located in our conference suites but also in the long hallway and the front lobby! Our prices have changed a little as well to make things easier for our team to keep track of. 

  • Booth in the suites: $20 per booth, per day (48 total available)
  • Booth in the hallway: $15 per booth, per day (10 total available)
  • Booth in the front Lobby: $30 per booth, per day (4 total available)

 

Payment must be received to reserve booths.

If you want multiple days, you will have to checkout twice. 

 

Tables:

There are tables available for rent! Booth owners can rent a maximum of 2 tables per booth. 

  • 8’ x 3’ rectangle table: $6 each (46 available)
  • 8’ x 1.5’ rectangle table: $4 each (23 available)

 

Sellers, please be prepared to haul your items yourself. Hempstead Hall’s staff will not be responsible for loading and unloading yard sale items. You can sell anything you are willing to transport except for the following items listed:

  • Heavy equipment or machinery
  • Boats or vehicles of any sort
  • Animals 
  • Weapons (guns, bow and arrows, knives, etc.)
  • Large appliances (refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc.)

We recommend sticking to smaller items for your booth so as not to take up too much room, but this is your prerogative as a seller. 

 

Setup days:

Thursday, April 3 from 8am-6pm (doors will be locked at 6pm)

Friday, April 4 from 7am-8am (the public will be entering at 8am)

Saturday, April 5 from 7am-8am (the public will be entering at 8am)

 

We will not have enough tables for everyone, but a maximum of two tables will be provided at each booth (if rented online, limited availability - first come, first served. If you need a table, please call and let us know asap); sellers can provide any other form of display they choose.

There are no hanging racks available for rent in our facility. 

 

We'll have a full house, so please be considerate of other sellers by keeping your yard sale items within your set boundaries. 

 

All sellers will manage their own transactions and money-changing.Hempstead Hall will not be responsible for making change or running credit cards for any items. 

 

Any items left after the weekend that you do not wish to take home will be donated. All items donated must be moved to the designated donation area and sorted. 

If you are not donating your items, you must take them with you on Saturday, April 5, 2025 by close of business. 

Any items left behind at Hempstead Hall from the Yard Sale Weekend will be donated if not picked up.

 

Lastly, please help spread the word so people will know to come buy your stuff! The Indoor Yard Sale Weekend is from Friday, April 4 - Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 8am-2pm. Admission is free and the event is open to the public!
