Updated Ticket Policy

UPDATED Ticket Policy effective August 2021:

We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Effective immediately: the University of Arkansas System Board of Trustees has approved a Delta Face Mask Resolution. Masks will be required inside all buildings on the UAHT campuses, including Hempstead Hall. Social distancing protocols will be in place when possible; however, there will be areas, such as the theater, where this is not possible at all times. Each ticket holder assumes sole responsibility for any and all risks associated with attending events on campus. This mask requirement is a small step we can take to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and ensure we can continue to maintain in-person events for our community. We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
